Shipping Policy

At Clary Software Development Pvt Ltd, we take great care in delivering your sarees and Indo-Western wear in perfect condition. We partner with reputed courier services to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.


1. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic: We ship to all pin codes across India.
  • International: We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Additional shipping charges and customs duties may apply for international orders.

2. Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for ready-made sarees and outfits are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  • Customized/Made-to-Order: For Indo-Western wear or sarees requiring custom stitching (like blouse stitching or fall/edging), dispatch may take 7–10 business days.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched from our Jaipur facility, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metros & Major Cities: 5–7 business days.
  • Rest of India: 7–15 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹160 within India.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery): A nominal COD convenience fee may apply to orders choosing this payment method.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing the Tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time.

6. Important Delivery Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure the shipping address and contact number are 100% accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.
  • Package Tampering: If you receive a package that is unsealed or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately at +91 76982 74403.
  • Opening Video: We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your package to assist with any claims regarding missing or damaged items.

7. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, we will attempt to re-ship it. However, additional shipping charges may apply for the second attempt.
