At Clary Software Development Pvt Ltd, we are committed to providing you with the finest Sarees and Indo-Western wear. Since our products involve intricate handwork and delicate fabrics, we have established a clear Refund and Returns Policy to ensure a fair experience for all our customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return or exchange requests only under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product: If the item has a manufacturing defect or physical damage upon arrival.
- Wrong Item: If you received a different color, size, or design than what you ordered.
- Missing Items: If a part of your order (e.g., a blouse piece or belt) is missing.
Note: Returns are NOT accepted for “Change of Mind” or if the product has been used, washed, or altered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized/Stitched Outfits: Any Indo-Western dress or saree blouse that has been stitched or altered to your specific measurements.
- Sale Items: Products purchased during a clearance sale or using a special discount code.
- Accessories: Items like jewelry or masks (for hygiene reasons).
3. The “Unboxing Video” Requirement
To protect both the customer and the company, we strictly require an unboxing video for all return claims.
- The video must be uncut and clearly show the opening of the package and the defect/issue.
- Claims without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Email support@claary.in with your Order ID and the unboxing video/photos.
- Once our team approves the request, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area) or ask you to ship the item back to our Jaipur office.
5. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item at our facility (SF48, JTM, Jaipur), it will undergo a quality check.
- Approval: If the item is in its original condition (with tags and packaging), your refund will be approved.
- Credit: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For COD orders, we will request your bank details to process the refund via NEFT/IMPS.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size (for non-customized items), the shipping costs for the exchange process will be borne by the customer.
