At Clary Software Development Pvt Ltd, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our artisans.
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
- Standard Orders: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without any penalty.
- Express Shipping: If the order has already been processed and handed over to our courier partner within those 24 hours, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation of Customized/Made-to-Order Items
- Many of our Indo-Western outfits and Designer Sarees are customized or finished (e.g., fall/edging) specifically for your order.
- Once the customization or stitching process has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Cancellation After Shipment
- Once an order has been dispatched from our Jaipur facility, it cannot be cancelled.
- If you refuse to accept the delivery, shipping charges and return-to-origin (RTO) fees will be deducted from your refund.
4. Cancellation by Clary Software Development Pvt Ltd
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Stock Unavailability: If a specific saree or fabric fails our quality check or is out of stock.
- Pricing Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error.
- Incomplete Address: If the provided shipping details are insufficient to fulfill the delivery.
- In such cases, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment mode (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallet) used during the purchase.
